It’s true: colorful and bold sneakers are in this year! From chunky to low-profile looks, a wide range of sneakers are trending right now, but the common denominator is color, color, color!
A Hint of Color
If you’re interested in a sneaker with just a hint of color so you can still mix and match with multiple ensembles, these are our top picks! Most of these come in different colors, so pick the best one for your wardrobe. Another option is a pair with gold or silver; you can wear them with anything! Of course, I need nothing after my New Balance shopping spree. But I’m dying for the Nike Waffle Debut Sneaker in the incredible light pumice color combo.
Keep it Neutral
As much as colorful sneakers have been trending this year, neutral sneakers are also hot! Any sneaker with a gray, natural, or beige undertone has been selling so quickly that it was almost hard to find widely available options! If you are in DC, I highly recommend visiting Ed at the New Balance store in Friendship Heights. I walked out with the New Balance Fresh Foam sneakers for running and the New Balance 327s to wear with dresses.
