Yes, they do, actually. Recent years have seen designer kids lines crop up from Gucci, Lanvin and Stella McCartney. Marc Jacobs and Paul Smith’s kids lines have been mainstays for years at stores like Barneys and Bergdorfs. See previous blog on designer kids lines here.
