OMG, I just about passed out from fashion shock when I saw an ad for the new Fashionista Barbies. The first thing I noticed about these new, cooler Barbies was that they came in multiple ethnicities, face shapes and hair textures. The second thing I noticed was their rocking outfits. I mean, a crossbody bag and matching cut-out booties? A tribal romper? Too much. And when was the last time you thought a Barbie doll looked like anyone you actually knew? I refer to the LA (Los Angeles) blonde Barbie as the Gwen Stefani one. Well ok, of course I don’t know Gwen Stefani but the red-haired one looks exactly like my friend Gayle’s twin girls with long, gorgeous red hair and freckles. The one with crazy curly blonde hair looks like my friend Ilona and can you spot the one that looks just like Kyle? Watch the video. You won’t be sorry. So fun!
