Announcing the Next Stylist Studio Session!

.

Do you have what it takes to be a personal stylist? Do you want to find out? Check out the recently expanded Stylist Studio section on the RLS website. You can learn more about the introductory training, meet the trainers, and register for the training.

We are excited to announce a few exciting changes made since our last training.

First, as you may have seen on our #StylistStudioSaturday series on Instagram, Kyle has taken over as co-trainer for the upcoming session. Kyle has been working for Real Life Style for over five years and attended both of the previous Stylist Studio sessions. We are so excited to be working together to present the re-branded and revamped RLS material to this year’s trainees!

Second, our next training session will be in the DC metropolitan area on Sunday and Monday of Veteran’s Day Weekend, November 11th and 12th, 2018. The last two introductory training sessions took place Saturday and Sunday of MLK weekend. However, the busy store environment of a Saturday can be less than ideal. We have moved the dates to Sunday and Monday with the belief that our trainees will be able to further benefit from our retail partners’ accommodations during slower shopping days.

Third, our confirmed retail partners are Betsy Fisher boutique in Dupont Circle and Nordstrom at Montgomery Mall. We are thrilled that Betsy Fisher has welcomed us back for the third session, and that Nordstrom will be hosting us for the first time! We believe that giving our trainees the interaction and experience with both a local boutique and a national department store is extremely beneficial to their training.

Finally, we will be extending our Extra-Early Bird price of $1500 through the end of September. I know a lot of people (myself included!) were on vacation in August and so didn’t get a chance to address signing up for the program.

As in previous years, we only have space for 8 registrants for the November session. If you (or someone you know) is interested in signing up for the November session, be sure to complete our online registration form and pay the non-refundable $200 program deposit. Only submitting your deposit and registration form will hold your spot in the program. Once you have paid the $200 deposit, I will email you an invoice for the balance of $1300. You may pay the balance at any time before November 1st.

Extra-Early Bird Price – Register before October 1st, 2018 and pay $1500 (25% discount).

Early Bird Price – Register before October 15th, 2018 and pay $1750.

Standard Price – Register before November 1st, 2018 and pay $2,000. All payments are due by this date.

A personal stylist is an individual capable of advising others on their wardrobe in an objective manner, independent of the stylist’s own personal style or allegiance to any particular fashion brand. A personal stylist must have knowledge of fashion, beauty and accessory trends and brands. As a personal stylist you must also have the ability to dress different body types and take into account a client’s budget, lifestyle, and personal style when advising them on what to wear and buy.

Do you have what it takes to be a personal stylist? If you are willing to work hard to put your natural talents to use helping others gain confidence and raise their self-esteem, this might be the career for you. Don’t hesitate to email me at lani@real-life-style.com with any questions.
