This summer is a hard one. The kids want to see their friends, go to camp, and play in the pool. In other words, they want normalcy. Here are some tricks that have helped us get through the first month of summer.
I am really feeling sunglasses as a meaningful accessory right now. Maybe we need sunglasses even more than usual because we are all spending so much time inside these days. When we finally emerge, we are blinded by the light!

I don’t know about you, but my “dress” pants haven’t seen the light of day in the last two and a half months. I’ve been living in pants made of cotton, jersey, ponte, and technical stretch fabrics, just like everyone else. I’m writing this blog while wearing linen shorts. Funny how linen feels fancy all of a sudden!
