Welcome to Spring 2019 Trends Volume 1! Handmade Bohemian is a specific title, isn’t it?
At RLS we love two kinds of trends the most: the kind that might already be in your closet and the kind that we can DIY for you. Remember the faux fur sport slides and the studded tee blogs? The handmade trend is everywhere this season. Which trend do you think we should try? I can attest to Kyle’s tie-dye skills after I made her tie-dye a t-shirt and a onesie for Max and James’ school tie-dye day when James was just a baby. Neither of us have a collection of unworn silk scarves to play with because that wouldn’t be practicing what we preach, now would it? And unfortunately neither of us crochet. Also, I already have some great tie-dye pieces from Parker Blue and Samantha Sung, so I don’t need to make anything.
Kyle is telling me across the desk that she recently did a cool feather trend DIY, so you may have to wait for the RLS DIY blog until she is ready for the big feather reveal! What are you going to make? We dare you to DIY!
