From magenta to fuchsia and now Valentino Pink PP, I have an eternal love affair with the color pink. This season I’m going wild over everything from these furry Birkenstocks to simple hoodies in the near-neon shade. So, imagine my delight when I saw this video of actress Zendaya, sporting head-to-toe pink during Paris fashion week.
This is the outfit of my dreams!!! I couldn’t have imagined a more elegant, powerful suit. And then it got better! As I continued to scroll the WWD Instagram page, I saw the finale of the Valentino Fall 2022 fashion show.
Pierpaolo Piccioli, Valentino’s creative director, created a new Pantone color for the runway show: “Valentino Pink PP.” The garments, opaque tights, shoulder bags, crystal earrings, and platform boots are all in Pink PP, and the results are phenomenal. Here are some of my favorite looks from the show (especially #3 with the cargo trousers!!).
